Only our best steers and hogs are selected to be in our Ranch Reserve selections. These animals displayed excellent finish and demeanor while on pasture. Representing the best 10% of our herd, we choose to have specialty cuts done for you to enjoy. Our Sauk Trail Reserve (STR) Beef and Hog Capital Reserve (HCR) Pork are outstanding to enjoy.
