Our lamb is an excellent source of iron, zinc, and vitamin B12. Consuming lamb regularly promotes muscle growth, maintenance, and performance while also preventing anemia!
Our lambs are Katahdin/Dorper crosses. We choose Katahdins because they are a hardy breed of sheep known for producing lean meat that is both tasty and healthy while we later integrated Dorpers into our flock, who are also hardy, because they are recognized for their excellent milk production required for growth and thick skin needed for colder climates.
Cut from different parts of the shoulder, lamb stew meat is excellent for stews, as the name implies.
